How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through our website. Simply build your own cookie box by mixing and matching your favourite flavours, then select your preferred pickup or delivery date at checkout.
How far in advance should I place an order?
Orders require a minimum of 3 days’ notice. We recommend placing your order as early as possible to secure your preferred delivery or pickup date.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Cookies are best enjoyed within 3 days at room temperature when stored in an airtight container. For longer storage, they can be kept in the fridge for up to 5 days and warmed for 5 to 10 seconds in the microwave to bring back their soft texture.
They also freeze well for up to 3 weeks. Simply reheat at 350°F for 3 to 4 minutes before enjoying.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Because all orders are prepared fresh in advance, cancellations and changes are based on timing.
- More than 48 hours notice: full refund
- 24–48 hours notice: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours notice: non-refundable
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order.
Do you offer custom or large orders?
For custom orders, event inquiries, or larger quantities, please contact us directly through our website or email.
Do you offer local delivery and how much does it cost?
Yes, we’re happy to offer local delivery within select areas of the GTA surrounding Richmond Hill. Available delivery options and rates will automatically appear at checkout based on your postal code.
Delivery fees typically range from $7–12 depending on your location, and free local delivery is available on eligible orders over $50 within select nearby areas.
Deliveries are made throughout the day on your selected delivery date, and while we’ll always do our best, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
What happens if no one is home during delivery?
Orders may be left in a safe location if the recipient is unavailable. Please ensure the delivery address is accessible and accurate.
Do you offer pickup?
Yes! Weekend pickup is available. Orders placed with less than 3 days’ notice for weekend pickup will be scheduled for the following weekend, subject to availability. Pickup details and the exact address will be sent once your order is ready for pickup.
What if I’m running late for pickup?
If you’re running late for pickup, please contact us as soon as possible.
As a small home-based bakery, we schedule our time carefully around pickups, deliveries, baking, and family commitments. While we’ll always do our best to accommodate delays, we cannot guarantee pickup availability without notice.
Orders not picked up on the scheduled day without communication may be considered forfeited and are non-refundable.
Do you accommodate allergies?
Our products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens including dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, sesame, and nuts.
While we do our best to minimize cross-contact, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
What if there’s an issue with my order?
If there are any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order confirmation and photos, if applicable.
We’ll review the situation and do our best to make it right.
