All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Because our products are handmade, slight variations in appearance and texture may occur.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed through our website.

SECTION 4 - PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.

Applicable taxes and delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

Payment must be completed before orders are processed.

SECTION 5 - DELIVERY & PICKUP

Delivery and pickup details are provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, traffic, or events outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery addresses and contact information are accurate at the time of purchase.

Once an order has been delivered or picked up, responsibility for the products transfers to the customer.

SECTION 6 - REFUNDS & RETURNS

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

If you receive the wrong order or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at graciesweetsco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Approved resolutions may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

SECTION 7 - ALLERGY DISCLAIMER

Our products are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.

While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from cross-contact allergens.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and ordering accordingly.

All content on this website, including images, logos, branding, text, and product photography, is the property of Gracie Sweets Co and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

We may also use third-party tools or services that we do not monitor or control. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or content.

Gracie Sweets Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
