Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If there is an issue with your order, including receiving the wrong item or products that arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at graciesweetsco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We carefully review each situation and will do our best to make it right. Approved resolutions may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
